Message it can cause a lean misfire until the pulsewidth is large enough to support combustion.

I've also seen leaks under vacuum that don't occur under the pressure of a boost leak check.

A leaking injector insulator can cause lean misfire...might try spraying some carb cleaner around the injector insulators to see if idle improves.

Did you ohm out the injectors at the injector, or through the ECU harness? While the injector itself may be OK, there may be some corrosion in the harness that causes the resistance to be too high. I've seen injector resistance that is high enough to cause a light load misfire but still perform ok under load
